Best personal CRM for AI agents (2026)
This page describes personal CRMs and nearby products that publish a way for an AI assistant to use relationship records. It is not a ranked score and it does not invent customers, reviews, or usage numbers. A claim appears here only when the product's own public page says it. If a detail is missing, that product did not publish it on the pages checked in October 2026.

What to check
- Is there a remote MCP address, an email assistant, or only a planned connection?
- How do you approve access, and can you revoke it later?
- Does the record hold notes, dates, and follow-ups, or a sales pipeline?
- Can you open the same record in a browser and correct it?
- Which clients does the product actually document?
Use the same small test everywhere. Add two people, save one note, ask the assistant a question that depends on that note, and compare the answer with the record.
ppl
ppl is a hosted personal CRM for contacts, notes, birthdays, and follow-ups. The MCP server is https://withppl.com/mcp, with OAuth. It publishes 120 tools and works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and compatible remote MCP clients. An authorized agent can read briefings, person digests, and memory search, and can write notes, tasks, reminders, calls, gifts, and journal entries. ppl is hosted only. There is no self-hosted version. Setup steps are on the agent guide.

Mesh, formerly Clay
Mesh's 26 March 2026 announcement says Clay is becoming Mesh, a personal AI-friendly CRM. The homepage lists macOS, Windows, Web, Android, and iOS, plus reminders and a team view of who knows whom. Mesh documents an MCP server, and its repository tells custom clients to connect https://mcp.me.sh/mcp with OAuth. Documented actions include contact and interaction search, notes, groups, and events. Compare ppl and Mesh. The older name still has a Clay page that points at Mesh.
folk
folk's current site describes a CRM for teams and their agents, including shared records and pipelines. It publishes a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.folk.app/mcp with OAuth. The developer docs list Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, and VS Code, and say a connected assistant can search people, companies, and groups, update contacts and notes, and move deals. Compare ppl and folk if you are deciding between a personal record and a team sales workspace.
Covve
Covve's personal CRM page describes reminders, notes, interactions, curated news about contacts, and live analytics. Its assistant help page says you email assistant@covve.com to create contacts, log interactions, save notes, and set reminders, and that this assistant is currently available by email. Those pages do not publish an MCP URL. Covve's API docs describe a business-card scanning API instead. Compare ppl and Covve.
Umfeld
Umfeld describes a hosted personal CRM that syncs Google Contacts both ways and adds a relationship graph, an interaction log, life events, tags, and a health score. Its MCP server is https://api.umfeld.app/mcp, with OAuth. The AI page says about 58 tools are available, including contact search, relationships, interactions, and notes, and that private entries stay out of MCP. It lists Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any MCP client, and says the service is hosted in Europe. The homepage lists a free 7-day period, then 6 euros a month. Compare ppl and Umfeld.
Monica
Monica's site describes an open-source personal CRM you can self-host, plus a paid hosted subscription. It says the current product keeps relationship details, activities, reminders, and journal entries. For assistants, the homepage says v3 will include a complete API and an MCP server, and the FAQ says you will be able to point your own assistant at your own data. The homepage says v3 is expected before the end of 2026, and the v3 page says the rebuild is still in development. Those pages do not publish a live MCP address for the version available today. Compare ppl and Monica.

How to choose
Choose a team CRM when the public pages you need are pipelines, shared deals, and sequences. Choose a self-hosted project when operating the server is a requirement today. Choose a hosted personal CRM when you want one record for the people in your life and an assistant that can read and update it after you approve access.
