Questions about ppl, a problem with your address book, or feedback on an agent connection? Write to hello@withppl.com.

Help us find the problem

Tell us which page or client you were using, what you expected and what happened. For an integration problem, include a redacted error and the tool or API route. Leave out API tokens, passwords, private notes and other people's contact details.

Start with the FAQ for product questions, the agent connection guide for setup, or the developer guide for schemas and recovery steps. You can manage connected assistants in My agents after signing in.

Privacy questions
