A simple weekly follow-up worksheet

Make a short plan for the people you want to reach this week. Print a blank worksheet or fill one out privately in your browser.

Updated October 10, 2026 · ppl team

Think of five people you would like to hear from this week. Write down one detail worth asking about and one next step. You can fill out this worksheet, print a blank copy for your desk or download your plan as a plain text file.

Your entries stay in this browser tab. They are not uploaded or saved by ppl. Closing or reloading the page clears them. A downloaded file or printout may contain personal information, so keep it somewhere private.

Keep the plan small enough to use

Five people is a starting point, not a quota. A parent, an old friend and a former colleague may be plenty for one busy week. Give each person a reason to be on the page, such as an upcoming move, a new job or a conversation you promised to continue.

A useful next step is specific and comfortable: call on Saturday, ask how the interview went or send the photo you mentioned. Leave room for the other person's schedule. A reminder helps you remember; it does not create an obligation for someone else to reply.

Move useful details into your address book

This worksheet is a planning aid. It does not create reminders, save notes or send messages in ppl. If you want a lasting record, add the detail to the person's contact page and set a reminder yourself. Keep sensitive details out of a printout that other people may see.
